Revocation instruction

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rottner Tresor GmbH, Thern 17, 4880 St. Georgen i.A., Austria, office@rottner-tresor.at, +43 7667 66 00 80) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can normally be returned by post. We shall bear the costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you will no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender at the same time or if your lender uses our involvement for the purpose of financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender shall, in relation to you, assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).

If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for it as well.

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided to you for your return shipment. When using these return labels, the return shipment is free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you by email. You can hand in the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Austria or Germany.
