Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rottner Tresor GmbH, Thern 17, 4880 St. Georgen i.A., Austria, kundenservice@rottner-tresor.at, +43 7667 66 00 80) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, although it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.rottner-tresor.com/withdraw-from-contract . If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay, including information on the content of the withdrawal statement as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods that can normally be returned by post. We will bear the costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special Notices
If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you shall also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts constitute a single economic unit. This is deemed to be the case, in particular, if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation in connection with the financing. If the loan had already been paid out to us at the time the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender shall, in relation to you, assume our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currency or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid any contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement, if you likewise have a right of withdrawal for that agreement.
Return Labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels are made available to you for your return shipment. If you use these return labels, the return shipment is free of charge for you. The return label will be provided to you by e-mail. You can drop off the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Austria or Germany.
